Be the Logo

Every logo tells a story.

Some tell you what a company sells.Others tell you what a brand believes.

Our logo tells you what God is after.

When people ask me, “What does Be the Logo mean?” they’re usually expecting a branding answer.

Instead, I give them a discipleship answer.

Because this isn’t really a logo.

It’s a picture of the Gospel.

The Skeleton

The figure is a skeleton.

Why?

Because before Christ, Scripture describes us as dead in our trespasses and sins (Ephesians 2:1). But the miracle of salvation isn’t simply that dead people become religious, it is that they die to themselves so Christ can truly live through them.

Paul wrote:

“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.” (Galatians 2:20)

He also declared,

“I die every day.” (1 Corinthians 15:31)

Jesus Himself said,

“If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.” (Luke 9:23)

The skeleton reminds me that following Jesus isn’t about polishing the flesh.

It’s about surrendering it.

Dead Men Collective isn’t a celebration of death.

It’s a celebration of resurrection.

You cannot truly live until you’ve first died.

The Apple

In one hand, the skeleton lifts an apple toward heaven.

Throughout Scripture, the garden represents humanity’s first great exchange.

Adam and Eve reached for what looked desirable.

This was the trouble in the garden…

Their appetite became greater than their obedience.

Whether the fruit was literally an apple isn’t the point.

The apple has become a symbol of what every human wrestles with:

My desires.

My appetites.

My ambitions.

My cravings.

My flesh.

Every day we are faced with the same question:

Will I reach for what I want…

or surrender what I want to the Father?

The apple reminds me that my desires belong on the altar.

The Crown

In the other hand is a crown.

Crowns represent authority.

Plans.

Control.

Identity.

Reputation.

The right to rule my own life.

Most of us don’t struggle because we lack a crown.

We struggle because we refuse to lay it down.

The elders in Revelation understood something profound.

“They cast their crowns before the throne…” (Revelation 4:10)

Everything we have…

Everything we’ve accomplished…

Every gift…

Every victory…

Every dream…

It belongs to Him.

The crown reminds me to surrender not just what I desire…

but who I think I am.

My will.

My plans.

My future.

Why “Dead Men Collective”?

The word collective is intentional.

We’re not building a brand.

We’re gathering people.

Broken people.

Addicted people.

Forgotten people.

Burned-out people.

Men who have believed lies about themselves for far too long.

David understood this.

When he fled into the cave of Adullam, the people who gathered around him weren’t impressive.

“They were in distress, in debt, or discontented…” (1 Samuel 22:2)

Not exactly the résumé you’d want for changing a nation.

But God doesn’t recruit based on your current description.

He calls according to your future destiny.

Those same broken men would later become known throughout Scripture as David’s mighty men of valor.

God changed their identity before He changed their history.

That’s why Dead Men Collective exists.

To collect dead men…

and watch Jesus raise them into who they were always created to be.

This Is a Kairos Moment

I believe we are living in what Scripture calls a kairos moment.

Not simply another season.

A divine appointment.

A heaven-ordained opportunity.

I believe God is waking men up.

Not into religion.

Into relationship.

Not into performance.

Into presence.

Not into platforms.

Into priesthood.

Not into programs.

Into the Father’s heart.

I have learned that my ministry is becoming a relationist.

I believe Jesus built His Kingdom around tables before He built movements.

Conversations before crowds.

People before platforms.

Presence before programs.

Transformation has always happened around relationship.

That’s why you’ll hear me talk often about three simple places:

The Chair.

The Table.

The Road.

Meet with Jesus in the Chair.

Learn with Jesus around the Table.

Then walk with Jesus on the Road.

Everything else flows from there.

Be the Logo

So what does Be the Logo actually mean?

It means surrender your apple.

Lay down your crown.

Let your flesh die.

Let Christ live.

Pull up a chair.

Grab a seat at the table.

Walk the road with us as we walk with Him.

This isn’t about joining a ministry.

It’s about becoming the kind of man who no longer belongs to himself.
